I had the honor of being the portrait photographer for the Russian Ball here in Biarritz this past weekend. The dresses were scrumptious. The gentlemen dashing. The entertainment was top notch and the food......delectable. The whole event reminded me of one of the big parties I had imagined in my mind while reading The Great Gatsby. I had an amazing time and really dug getting to mingle with royalty if only for the evening......next year, I will be wearing a white beaded gown too.
